Privacy Policy
The short version: your photos and videos never leave your iPhone. Dusty has no accounts and no servers that receive your data. Free users see ads from Google, which uses some device data to show and measure them. Dusty Pro users see no ads.

Your photos and videos
Dusty asks for access to your photo library so it can show your photos, find screenshots, large videos, duplicates, similar and blurry shots, and delete or favorite the items you choose. All of this happens on your device. We never upload, copy, sell or share your photos, videos, or information about them. Deleting only happens after you confirm, through Apple's own confirmation, and deleted items go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album.
Information stored on your device
Dusty keeps some information on your iPhone only: your settings, your pet's name and look, your progress and streak, the items waiting in Trash, and your reactions. It never leaves your device, and deleting the app deletes it. Usage statistics (counts and feature names, never photos) are kept on the device, and you can switch them off in Settings.
Advertising (free version)
The free version shows a clearly labeled sponsored card in the feed, served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address and approximate location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. If you don't allow tracking, ads are not personalized. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Dusty asks for your consent through Google's consent message before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice any time in Dusty's Settings under "Ad privacy choices". Learn how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Dusty Pro users are never shown ads and no ad requests are made for them.
Purchases
Dusty Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. We only learn whether your purchase is active so we can unlock Pro.
Tracking
Dusty only allows advertising tracking if you agree through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this any time in the iPhone Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Children
Dusty is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke photo access in the iPhone Settings app, turn off usage statistics and change ad consent in Dusty's Settings, decline tracking, or delete the app to remove everything stored by Dusty. Because we don't hold your data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to delete, but you can contact us with any request or question, and requests about ad data can also be made to Google.
