Dusty is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add a few details specific to Dusty.
Deleting photos
Dusty only deletes items you move to Trash and then confirm, and iOS asks you to confirm as well. Deleted items go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album, where they can usually be recovered for 30 days. You are responsible for choosing what to delete. Please keep a backup of anything important.
Dusty Pro subscriptions
- Dusty Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
